Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate chicken add ginger garlic paste green chili paste salt red chili powder turmeric powder curd mix well keep aside 10 minutes/ take a pan add oil add chicken pieces and cook well/ take rake to keep chicken pieces for 1 minute and keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a pan add some water add onion tomato dry red chili and cashwnut cook well after cool grind well and strain.
* Step 3
Take a pan add oil add grind masala and 2 tbsp butter and coriander powder stir fry to cook add chicken pieces and add fenugreek leaves and garam masala and cream stir cook 2 minutes.
* Step 4
Ready to serve with garnish fenugreek leaves and butter and serve garlic nan.
* Step 5
