Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash mince and keep in strainer for drain water well help to hands
* Step 2
Take food processor add onion and coriander leaves and mint leaves green chilli cumin seeds coriander seeds dry red chilli salt grind and add mince ginger garlic paste and grind and add basan grind mix well and keep aside 20 minutes and make kebab shape and keep in freezer
* Step 3
Take a pan add oil add onion fry well add ginger garlic paste stir fry well add tomatoes paste stir fry well add salt red chilli powder coriander powder turmeric powder stir fry well add fenugreek leaves and grind cashwnut fry and add coriander leaves now fain masala then add kababs cook well and add 2 glass water and cook well 10 minutes and add cream and keep in slow Flame 5 minutes and ready to serve with paratha or romali roti
