Prawns ghassi
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash prawns thoroughly under running water drain and pat dry sprinkle with salt and set aside
* Step 2
Take pan add red chilly cumin seeds coriander seeds pepper corns fenugreek seeds dry cook and keep aside
* Step 3
Take pan add oil add onion fry add naryal add dry masala cook well and grind fain masala add tamarind pulped
* Step 4
Take pan add oil add prawns and fry well keep aside
* Step 5
In a pan add oil and add masala fry add salt and saute for 5 minutes add 2 cup water and mix well when the mixture comes to the boil add prawns and adjust seasoning
* Step 6
Simmer for 5 minutes and ready to serve hot prawns ghassi enjoy with paratha and boil rice
