Chicken Macaroni Cheese
She loves macaroni cheese, but I want to give her more protein .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook pasta according to its direction. Set aside. Sprinkle some olive oil to prevent sticking to each other. Cook and Cut chicken Breast into cubes, set aside
* Step 2
Grate cheddar cheese. Set aside heat oven for 350 F
* Step 3
Make milk sauce : melt butter, add flour keep whisking, until smooth, add half and half and milk, salt to Taste. Your are still whisking, until bubbles, Turn off the heat, add grated cheddar, but save 1/4 to use to sprinkle on the top. Whisk until melts and got thicker
* Step 4
Mix chicken pasta, and sauce, herbs, cover and cook. Maybe 20 mins or so.
* Step 5
Take off the aluminum cover, sprinkle remain cheese and cook little more, 10 more mins or so.
* Step 6
Cheese melted macaroni cheese is not so watery. If so ready to serve.
