Spinach Potato Patties
I used 1 frozen packet of spinach, and thawed it. With these ingredients I made 2 trays of patties .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil and cook potatoes, peel and keep aside until cool to handle. Thaw spinach, Chop onion and sauté with butter and olive oil. Add garlic after become translucent. 3 -4 minutes cook while stirring. Mash and add milk to potatoes, have creamy texture.
* Step 2
Add spinach mixture after cooked to a mixing bowl. Egg, bread crumbs and cheese need to be added too. Heat oven to 400 F
* Step 3
Make patties, place them on baking paper, spray with oil lightly and cook about 20 mins. Turn them over, cook 20 more mins. Too.
* Step 4
After I turn the oven off, I kept them in there. They became more crunchy.
