Skinny Curry Chicken

chicken breast

olive oil

2 clove

of garlic

1 tbsp

curry power

2 tbsp

flower

1 tbsp

lemon juice

1/2 cup

salt

1 dash

pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the rice by bringing a large pot of water to a boil and add salt. Add the rice and stir. Cook for 10 minutes and then turn down the heat to low and let the water steam away.

* Step 2

Fry the peeled and diced apples, garlic, and onion in a pan with the olive oil.

* Step 3

Add chicken to pan.

* Step 4

Add curry powder and flower. Stir well.

* Step 5

Add lemon juice and chicken broth.

* Step 6

Let simmer.

* Step 7

Add raisins and salt and pepper.

* Step 8

Serve with rice.
