* Step 1

Preheat oven to 425

Cut potatoes like shown.

In a fry pan on medium high heat cook butter approximately 4 to 5 tablespoons. Enough to make a butter sauce.

* Step 4

Add salt and pepper to taste. And lemon and pepper seasoning approximately 2 tablespoons enough to cover all potatoes your using into your butter sauce. Cook until butter melts.

* Step 5

Place cut potatoes in a casserole dish and add the melted butter sauce over top of the potatoes. Cook for 1 hr to 1 hr 20 minutes. Keep an eye not to burn but just to crisp potatoes.

* Step 6
