Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Now using a grater, grate the corn kernels. Keep the grated corn kernels aside. Making Bhutte Ka Kees.Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a kadai. Keep the flame to low and add mustard seeds and let them crackle add cumin seeds too.Then add finely chopped ginger, green chili (chopped) Mix well.Then add the grated corn.Mix very well and begin to saute the corn mixture on a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and asafoetida. add coriander powder.Mix again very well. Then add milk. Mix very well.Add salt as per taste. Mix again.Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 10 to 11 minutes till the corn mixture thickens and becomes slightly dry.do check the corn mixture and give a stir. Cover and simmer again.add lsugar and lemon juice. Then add some chopped coriander leaves. Serve bhutte ka kees immediately.
