Spaghetti Bolognaise

Spaghetti Bolognaise

This is not an authentic recipe, as it have been simplified in the cooking time. I usually make this once in a while when I have no idea about what to cook, or when there is only limited ingredients left on the fridge.

250 g

spaghetti

2 tbsp

ketchup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the water, cook the pasta for 6 minutes to get it al dente (10 minutes for my choice), add a pinch of salt and two drops of olive oil

* Step 2

Heat a pan, put margarine or butter in, fry onion then followed with garlic until it's golden brown.

* Step 3

Add the ground beef and when it's cooked, add ketchup, salt and sugar. Taste as preferred.

* Step 4

Add a bit of water to have more sauce, and sprinkle with oregano.

* Step 5

On a plate, take the boiled pasta, add some bolognaise sauce, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
