Mango-Honey Mustard Tilapia

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Season tilapia with onion/garlic powder and black pepper.

* Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine mustard, mango, sugar, vinegar, and a pinch of kosher salt.

* Step 3

Cover fish with the sauce and bake at 400° for approximately 4-5 minutes or until flesh is opaque and thermometer reads 145°

* Step 4

Finish with a touch of sea salt and tarragon.

* Step 5

Variations; Spicy mustard, salmon, capers, parsley, garlic, breadcrumbs, chicken, chervil, thyme, rosemary
