hazelnut meal

flaxseed meal

2 tbsp

cinnamon

1 tbsp

all spice

1 pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 180c.

* Step 2

Line two baking trays with grease proof cooking paper.

* Step 3

Combined all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon.

* Step 4

Core the apples & food process until chunky. Do not over process or the mix will turn to paste.

* Step 5

Food process the dates with eggs, coconut oil & vanilla paste until well mixed. High speed approx 40 sec.

* Step 6

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon.

* Step 7

Roll into small balls & place on the baking trays. NB: It is a sticky dough

* Step 8

Press lightly with a fork to flatten.

* Step 9

Bake for 13 minutes.

* Step 10

Allow to cool.
