* Step 2
grate onion, garlic, carrots, cauliflower. mix in big bowl with meet and spices, and tomato paste.
* Step 3
if using crock pot add half cup of water cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours
* Step 4
if oven 1-2 hours at 300.
