Vegan sugarfree Sago pudding
Here’s a simple, Sago dessert which can be consumed guilt free. It’s healthy,sugarfree and dairy free providing the right nutrients

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine almond and coconut milk in a saucepan/ wok
* Step 2
Bring it to boil on Low heat by mixing the jaggery and salt
* Step 3
Next add the Sago and mix well and bring the mix to boil by increasing the heat now
* Step 4
Reduce heat and let Sago cook.keep stirring occasionally to Ensure the Sago do not stick to the bottom of the pan
* Step 5
Let the mix cool after done.
* Step 6
Serve at room temperature or chilled topped with chopped fruits. Enjoy!
