Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, combine the veggies, oil and lemon pepper.
* Step 3
Cut 4 sheets of foil, about 15 inches long.
* Step 4
Divide the veggies among the pieces of foil.
* Step 5
Place a fish filet on top of the veggies.
* Step 6
Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
* Step 7
Place a pat of butter on top of each fish filet.
* Step 8
Top with 1 crushed garlic clove per filet and finish by putting a slice of lemon on top of each filet.
* Step 9
Bring the sides of the foil together and roll, "tenting" up the foil.
* Step 10
Leave room for steam inside the "tent".
* Step 11
Grill over medium heat/flames for 10 to 20 minutes depending on the thickness of your fish and how hot your grill is.
* Step 12
You can serve these right in the packets, but make sure everyone is careful when opening the packs because of the steam.
* Step 13
*You can also bake these in a 375°F oven for 15 to 25 minutes.*
