My friend got this recipe from a friend and she didn't write down the name of the cookbook, but I want to give him and his Dad credit for this great recipe.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put the cream, sugar, cocoa powder, and Kahlua in a stainless steel mixing bowl.
* Step 2
Blend with a hand mixer at high speed until fluffy, about 1 minute.
* Step 3
Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
* Step 4
*This makes about 3 1/2 cups, enough to fill and ice one 9 inch cake.*
