Blue Cheese And Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash mushrooms thoroughly and pat dry.
* Step 2
Remove stems from mushrooms and set caps aside.
* Step 3
Discard stems or save for another use.
* Step 4
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, blue cheese, garlic, onions and 1/4 cup bacon bits.
* Step 5
Stuff into mushroom caps, a scant tablespoonful in each.
* Step 6
Sprinkle with remaining bacon bits.
* Step 7
Place into a greased 15 X 10 X 1 inch baking pan.
* Step 8
Bake at 375°F, uncovered for 18 to 22 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.
