Banana bread
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Preheat your oven to 350F(175C)
* Step 3
In a mixing bowl, mix the melted butter into the mashed banana then mix in the sugar, beaten egg and vanilla essence.
* Step 4
Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and fold it.
* Step 5
Add in the flour and mix well until smooth, though not too smooth.
* Step 6
Pour the mix into your already buttered baking loaf tin
* Step 7
Put into oven and let bake for 1hr
* Step 8
Remove from the oven and set aside to cook on rack
* Step 9
Once cooled removed from baking pan, slice and serve
