Capsicum Paratha

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First prepare the green chutney. In mixer add coriander leaves, garlic cloves and dry coconut powder. Blen it smooth.
* Step 2
In a Kadai add oil. When oil gets heated add asafoetida, onion and saute. When onion gets transparent add capsicum and saute.
* Step 3
Now add Green chutney to it. Mix it add some water and put lid on it. When it is cooked add kitchen king masala, Coriander Powder and salt and mix it. Then add paneer to it.
* Step 4
Now for dough preparation take a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, oil and water to it. Make a soft dough.
* Step 5
Take a small roundel and stuff it with the prepared mixture. Roll it into a roti.
* Step 6
Cook both sides of the roti by applying little bit oil. Serve hot with curd and pickle.
