Egg Bread Roll

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds to it. After cracking that add asafoetida and garlic cloves. When garlic cloves turns aromatic then add chopped onion and saute it. Then add chopped tomato and mix.
* Step 2
When the tomatoes are soft add Green and yellow capsicum and mix well. Put lid on pan and let the cook vegetables. After that add kitchen king masala and chaat masala to it and mix well.
* Step 3
When the mixture is cooked add eggs to it. Scramble it and cook well. After cooking add salt and mix.
* Step 4
Take bread slice. Flatten the bread slice by rolling it. Spread some amul butter on it. Add Mayonnaise and Spread, Sprinkle some chilli flakes over it. After that add ready mixture on half portion of bread slice. Add tomato sauce on mixture and cover the mixture by other side of the slice.
* Step 5
Put the ready egg bread rolls on pan and roast it with some amul butter. Great some cheese over the rolls and serve hot.
