Irresistible and delightful Vegetable Fritters are no less than a treat during a rainy day. This is what I did exactly when it was pouring heavily outside the other day. I made these yummy Pointed Gourd or Parwal Pakoras or Fritters with Onions. They looked just like Maharashtrian speciality Pakoras called Kanda Bhajiya. With Onions added these lovely looking Fritters were just fabulous both in terms of taste and texture.
