Lychee and Coconut Milk makes a perfect choice for any day. It's absolutely refreshing and is in Season now. Therefore it needs to be utilised to the maximum. And that's what i have been doing with this amazing Fruit. It's juicy and luscious. With Coconut milk it becomes a bit more healthier and delicious too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Lychee needs to be removed by peeling it's soft colourful outer covering in which is embedded a sweet and a juicy White fruit full of awesome taste. Remove all and also deseed them as well. After done, add everything to a blender jar along with a few ice-cubes as well.
* Step 2
Blitz on a high for about 2-3 minutes until it's creamy and done. That's it. Honey added gives it a distinct touch.
* Step 3
Serve immediately with a few more of ice-cubes as required. Enjoy!
