Made in a jiffy and with just a few ingredients, it surely is the most popular choice among many. Raita would never go unnoticed. This one has my favourite Vegetable that is most commonly used in Salads and can be termed as the most simplest and the best one. Iceberg Lettuce is such a wonderful option on any day for Raita. It's an excellent one for any day and for family mealtimes. It goes well with many a meals and would be loved by all. You will definitely love it and would want to make it more and more. It can be made quickly too. Seasonal Vegetables also can also be utilised to the maximum in fusion with this.

* Step 1

Whisk the thick and creamy homemade curd well. In the meantime, chop the lettuce, coriander leaves and the onions.

Now mix everything well. Green chilli is optional. It tastes good even without it. Serve it right away or keep it refrigerated to keep sourness at bay. Enjoy!
