Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat chilli oil or sesame oil at first. Add finely chopped garlic to it. Saute on a low for a minute. Now add dark soy sauce and the peanut butter. Followed by the vinegar. Mix well and remove it from the fire. No need to cook more. Adjust brown sugar and can add more chilli oil or chilli flakes if desired.
* Step 2
It can be heated if required just before serving so that the peanut butter loosen up a bit and everything gets incorporated really well. If needed a tablespoon or two of water can be added as well.
* Step 3
Homemade red chilli oil lends it a unique flavour and aroma. Peanut butter makes it creamy and luscious.
* Step 4
Serve it with rice paper rolls as a lovely dip. They just melt in your mouth and bursting with flavours of freshly done veggies, the rice paper rolls are pure love. Enjoy!
