Indian Gooseberry Juice

#cookpadindia #healthy This is a simple Juice with Amla or Indian Gooseberry and a just a little of either Himalayan Pink Salt or Black Salt and roasted Cumin powder. That's it. As easy as that. Honey can be used. Or it can be enjoyed as it is. It's a choice. This can be had first thing in the morning for a healthy start to your day. This particular drink is only for the adults. Amla's medicinal properties will make it beneficial for ourselves. It improves digestion, overall health and boosts immunity.

Cumin powder

1 tsp

Honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add everything to a blender jar. Blitz on a high for about 2-3 minutes.

Honey is added as a sweetner. It can be increased or decreased accordingly. Water also can be added as needed.

* Step 3

Strain in a serving glass directly. Use ice-cubes as needed. Enjoy!
