Bring milk to a rolling boil on a high heat at first with munakka added to it. Make sure that all the seeds are removed from them.

* Step 2

Simmer on a low heat for another 2-3 minutes. That's it.

* Step 3

Add it to a serving glass and serve it piping hot immediately or serve it cold. It's one's own choice. Enjoy!
