Tempeh Stir Fry

#goldenapron23 #week21 #cookpadindia Tempeh or to be precise Indonesian Tempeh is a traditional fermented food made from soaked and cooked Soybeans with some added culture usually of the genus Rhizopus. After the fermentation process, the Soybeans are bound together into a compact cake by dense cotton like Mycelium which is actually a Fungus. Thus these healthy cakes are absolutely rich in Fibre and Protein unlike Paneer or Tofu that are not rich in Fibre. Hence Tempeh is more nutritious than these both.
