Rambutan Smoothie

#IDS #cookpadindia Rambutan Smoothie with both Milk and Coconut Milk is just pure love. In this particular one that iam sharing here, it's made with boiled and cooled full fat Cow's Milk.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Rambutan needs to be removed from it's hard colourful outer covering in which is embedded a sweet and a juicy white fruit full of awesome taste. Remove all and also deseed them as well. After done, add everything to a blender jar along with a few ice-cubes as well.

* Step 2

Blitz on a high for about 2-3 minutes until it's creamy and done. That's it. Honey added gives it a distinct touch.

Serve immediately with a few more of ice-cubes as required. Enjoy!
