And I have used some toasted Sesame Seeds in the dressing used for it apart from the Olive Oil. That's it. It not only gave it a unique flavour but also looks beautiful. All the Vegetables are easily available throughout the Season and some are even available all the time, all thanks to the Hybridization and the Genetic farming techniques or the Biotechnology. Lollo Rosso Lettuce is also available all the while now due to it's hydroponic cultivation. What more could one ask for? Cut, chop or dice the Vegetables accordingly. Toss everything up in a Salad bowl. That's it. Nothing much complicated at all.

You can keep everything ready and just toss in all when you are ready to serve. This Salad does not require any cooking. All the Vegetables are raw.

* Step 3

Enjoy it immediately to retain the crunch. You will just love this combination. Relish it for a healthy Brunch on any day or at mealtimes too. This can be used even at 4 pm for that small Snacking break. Yum!
