Bok Choy Fry

#cookeverypart #cookpadindia Bok Choy or Pak Choy is a Chinese Cabbage used in cooking by many. Full of Vitamins, Minerals and Fiber, these dark leafy Greens are a beneficial treat to the body. In this simple yet a flavourful and a mouthwatering Fry, I had made use of simple everyday spices. And since it's a type of Cabbage, it gets done very quickly. To maintain it's crunch, make sure not to cook it longer. A perfect choice for everyday meals. Be it a Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, it's absolutely amazing. It tastes good with both Rice and Rotis. I had always made it for Breakfast and Lunchbox because it tastes awesome with simple homemade Rotis. Try this for yourselves and enjoy it's flavourful kick.

Followed by the chopped bok choy. Mix well. Do not cover and saute everything for about 2-3 minutes on a high heat. Cover and cook on a low heat now for 10-12 minutes. Open the lid and adjust salt accordingly. Saute until the raw smell is gone and a bright green colour is seen. It looks amazing and is flavourful too. Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot as a side dish to your favourite meal.
