Baby Potato Fry

#Feb #Week4 #cookpadindia This is a simple Vegetarian dish made with Baby Potatoes, Onions and a few spices used in everyday cooking. We usually love this for Breakfast but it can very well be served at any of the three important meals of the day.

Ingredient

25-30 minutes

2-3 tbsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan, heat oil and add the ginger-garlic green chilli paste. Saute for a minute and add the rest of the spices. Now add the sliced onions. Saute until translucent.

Followed by the sliced baby potatoes. Cover and simmer on a low heat for 15-18 minutes. Open the lid and adjust salt accordingly. Saute until the Oil starts separating and a thick masala is formed due to the onions. Garnish with lots of chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot as a side dish to your favourite meal.

Serve hot immediately alongside yummy homemade rotis or chapatis or phulkas. Yum!
