Chicken along with Cabbage and Capsicum makes for an amazing combo. It gives the plain old leafy veggie a new look. And who doesn't like it if it's made this way. It's a permanent feature at my dining table. Cabbage is one such Vegetable that many of us dislike but if it is made this way, iam sure it will be a hit. It's very simple and done with just a few pantry staples. And also done very quickly as well. The best part is that it can be relished with both Rice and Rotis. And it's very much like everyday cooking. No special ingredients needed for this amazing dish. Serve this at main meals. And relish it's superb taste and texture. This combo is sure to tickle your tastebuds and win hearts.
Tomatoes also can be added to increase it's flavour. As easy as that. Simple yet filling and comfort food by all means.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and clean chicken thoroughly and set aside until use. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add finely chopped onions. Saute until just translucent. Also add chopped capsicums.
* Step 2
Now throw in the chopped green chillies along with chicken and ginger garlic green chilli paste. Saute it all on a medium high heat for 10-12 minutes. After done, add shredded cabbage. Mix well. Cover with a lid.
* Step 3
Next is to let it simmer on a medium high heat. In between, keep checking while stirring. As cabbage releases a lot of water, do not add extra to it. Try to cook it on a medium high to high heat stirring it as and when possible.
* Step 4
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and adjust salt. Serve hot. Yum!
