Millet mix and loads of Seasonal Vegetables go into making these guilt free amazing Parathas that can be enjoyed on any day.
These are healthy one's with Millets and Vegetables. They can be relished on their own as well or with any side dish of your choice or even Curd, Pickle and Chutneys. Gluten free and absolutely flavourful with simple ingredients. A must have for a healthy Breakfast, Brunch or main course meals.
And with the Winters still in full swing, they are the best when served piping hot for meals on any day.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add everything to a bowl and knead a smooth and a pliable dough using water as required.
* Step 2
Divide the dough into small or medium sized balls and roll into thick but uniform discs. Place them one by one on a preheated griddle or a tawa. Roast well on both the sides. Apply Ghee on top.
* Step 3
Stack them up in a casserole to keep them soft and warm. Relish with chutney, curd or pickle. I served these healthy parathas with two chutneys. Dahi pudina chutney and mixed vegetable raita. Yum!
