Kasuri Methi Wheat Flour Pooris are a treat to our tastebuds. These not only taste great but also are equally delightful and guilt free indulgence. Though deep fried, these are not at all oily or soaked up in Oil just like those made with the All Purpose Flour or Maida. These are therefore an absolute hit with my folks. And are made every few days either for a yummy Breakfast on a weekend or for a snack at Tea-time. These are even perfect for Lunchbox. Green Chillies can be substituted with either Red Chilli powder or some mild Chilli flakes too. Whatever be the choices of spices, it's absolutely flavourful and aromatic, lovely looking Pooris or Bhaturas that can be relished with just a helping of our favourite Pickle. You can make with any of the Millet Flours too just for a change and enjoy them.
Kasuri Methi gives that amazing flavour to these Pooris.
All said and done, it's time to get started.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make a soft dough out of all the ingredients listed under the dough preparation.
* Step 2
Divide the dough into golf sized balls. Roll them with light hands. Deep fry in hot oil on both the sides. Keep an eye while frying. Check the oil temperature. If it is too hot, reduce it a bit and if it has become less hot, increase the flame accordingly.
* Step 3
It is advisable to roll all the pooris or the bhaturas at first and keep them covered with a cloth. Deep fry one by one after that. Serve them hot with Aloo or Chole masala. Or just with some mouthwatering lemon pickle just as i did. It's your choice. Enjoy!
