An easy 3 ingredient instant Laddu recipe that is full of Protiens and Iron. Perfect snack idea for the pregnant ladies and the elderly. These are soft melt in mouth Laddus that can be enjoyed after meals as a Dessert or as an evening snack too. It is even a best idea for a worthwhile Brunch. Healthy and delicious both at the same time. Kids will love to munch on them at any given time.
The best part is that these can be made and relished for a long time. And are super healthy for the whole family.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
There is no need of roasting the daal. Just grind to a fine powder at first. Also add in cardamom and jaggery powders.
* Step 2
Take it out onto a wide plate. Now add in the other ingredients as well. Mix well and start shaping into laddus of desirable size.
* Step 3
Store in airtight containers after making them all. Enjoy as and when required. You will love it's flavour and aroma. Yum!
