Ivy Gourd Sabzi

#Nov #W4 #cookpadindia Simple everyday Sabzi with Ivy Gourd or Tindli or Tindora. Made with just a few spices that are common to any Indian pantry. It's absolutely easy and can be an excellent choice for mealtimes. It's a good choice for Lunchbox too. It goes very well with Rotis and Parathas. It can also be relished with any gravy and simple boiled Rice as well. A homemade and a delicious Sabzi for all. It doesn't require much time too. Though it might not be loved by the Children, it can be made delectable for them by serving it with Pooris and a simple Suji Halwa. I do the same and pack it in their Lunchboxes thereby making them go for it. It's a healthy Vegetable and has many medicinal benefits. It's a must have one in the Season though it's available throughout the Year but still it's always the best in Winters when it's in Season. Infact not only this one, there a whole lot of healthy Vegetables and Fruits that are in abundance in this Season.
