This can be a great option for everyday Snacking. An afterschool quick munchie or a super delicious and a healthy Brunch on a weekend as well. The list is endless. I usually pack these in their Lunchboxes too so that they can have them during the short break. And it's perfectly okay to eat these on a daily basis as the growing children needs lots of nutritional goodness in their diet.
