A Green delight that goes well with Chapatis or Rotis and Rice both. This is a must have one in Winters especially when fresh and super healthy Vegetables are available aplenty. Simple ingredients go into making this Sabzi and tastes so good too. Kids will never realize that it has got Fenugreek Leaves in it and will, therefore, have it without much fuss. And is a perfect choice for Tiffinbox as well.
And it's done so easily too. With Fenugreek Leaves or Methi added to it, it becomes quite healthy and nutritious. Plus a delicious one for mealtimes. Be it a Lunch or a Dinner, it's absolutely preferable. Though it tastes awesome with any Indian Bread, it can be very well served alongside Rice and Daal also.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat Oil and fry Ginger garlic paste in it for a few seconds at first. Next comes the chopped Onions. Saute for a few minutes until they are translucent and done.
* Step 2
And then add the chopped Fenugreek to it followed by the French Beans too. Also add in the powdered spices as mentioned or according to taste and saute on a high heat for almost 10 minutes. Cover with a lid now and allow it to cook further without adding any water.
* Step 3
If required just sprinkle a little of it. Cover and cook on a low heat. After almost 15 minutes, it's all done. Do not over cook it. Maintain the crunch of the fresh Beans.
Mix well and garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves. Adjust Salt accordingly.
Serve hot with Chapatis or Phulkas. It goes well with Boiled Rice and Daal as well.
