A tasty variation to the popular Breakfast item. Though these are made with both Wheat Flour as well as the plain Flour or Maida, Wheat flour alone is a much better alternative by all means. And I would love to choose these to cook on any given day. They make for an excellent one pot meal for all.
These Bhaturas or Pooris are super soft and fluffy.
Roll them with light hands and you will end up with fluffy puffed up Pooris.
A super yum Aloo Masala is the yummy side dish to go with it. And this one is quite simple and easy too. However It tastes awesome with just about anything. Even a simple Pickle or a hot cup of Chai as well. It doesn't really require any accompaniments whatsoever. These can be enjoyed all on their own.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make a soft and smooth yet a firm and a pliable dough out of all the ingredients listed under it's preparation.
* Step 2
Divide the dough into golf sized balls. Roll them with light hands. Deep fry in hot oil on both the sides. Keep an eye while frying. Check the oil temperature. If it is too hot, reduce it a bit and if it has become less hot, increase the flame accordingly.
* Step 3
It is advisable to roll all the pooris and keep them covered with a cloth. Deep fry all one by one at the same time. Serve them hot with Andhra Gongura Chutney as I did or Chole masala or anything else of your choice and liking. Enjoy!
