Yet another innovative idea by me for my children and basically everyone who is an important part of my own little World. They all just loved this idea the other day when I made these lovely looking Kulche with the addition of the Middle Eastern Herb called Sumac. I added this to the Potato filling as well as topped it up on the Kulche too with the other usual toppings intact.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add Flour and all the ingredients as mentioned for making of the Kulche. Make a smooth dough using water as required. Cover and keep aside for about 30 minutes. Make the filling by mixing the mashed Potatoes with the mentioned ingredients including the Sumac and set aside until use.
* Step 2
For the rolling of Kulche, first of all, divide the dough into equal sized balls. Roll it into a small disc a bit thicker. Place about two tablespoon full of the Potato filling onto the centre. Gather all the corners of the disc and seal it thoroughly by pressing with the hands. Now roll it either into an oval or a round Kulcha. Apply some water on the top side and sprinkle Sesame or Black Seeds or both.
* Step 3
Also sprinkle some finely chopped Coriander Leaves and Sumac both. Press lightly with the hands or the rolling pin. Apply some water to the other side too.
* Step 4
Place them on the mildly heated Tawa with the plain side down. Cover and cook until it puffs up and browned. Flip it over and cook until it's fully done. Or do it holding the tawa upside down directly on the flame taking enough care. It takes about 2-3 minutes for each Kulcha to get done. Keep the heat on a low only.
* Step 5
Spread some melted Butter on each one of it and serve hot with Chole to your loved ones. Enjoy!
