A lovely looking Kofta recipe that's amazingly delicious as well. These are made with Lamb meat here but they can also be made with Beef too.
The process of making these is also so simple. Nothing complicated at all.
It's relished on many an important occasions or family gatherings. And also a must have one on holidays and weekends.
They taste great with Hyderabadi Bagara Khana. Not only Rice, they taste great with Naans too. Especially the Charkoni or square shaped Naan from the City.

These can be made well in advance and stored in the freezer for any party or an occasion. Next day or as required, make a Curry or Salan using them. Thaw for an hour or two before using them. That's it. Or if need them for the next day itself, you can store them in an airtight container in the chill tray of your refrigerator. As simple as that. Enjoy!
