A simple , crunchy and a tasty snack that is loved by most of us. These are done in no time and that too roasted perfectly well to the last crunch. Enjoy these super yummy oven roasted Peas at any time you wish to. Once made, these can be stored for a long time. 3 ingredient magic is what I call it.
Not only is it healthy, it's easier to do as well.
Here I have used Dry Green Peas that are easily available in in the markets.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the Dry Green Peas in enough drinking water overnight for best results. Drain thoroughly the next day in a strainer so that the water is completely drained and they are all set for roasting. Spread on a butter paper lined baking tray.
* Step 2
Bake in a preheated oven on 200° for about 40 to 50 minutes. It depends upon the oven you are using as every oven temperature settings are different. Keep turning and tossing for one or two times in between to ensure even roasting of the Peas.
* Step 3
Serve them at Tea-time or Shaam ki Chai to your families or even as an afterschool quick munchie to your kids. The choice is entirely yours. Store them in air tight containers and relish upto 2 weeks or even more depending upon the climatic conditions in your place.
