Fresh Cream and Honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil Milk on a medium high heat at first. As soon as it starts boiling vigorously, lower the heat and simmer on a low for the next 20-25 minutes. That's it.

* Step 2

After it comes down to the room temperature, refrigerate for about an hour or two or even more. Collect the thick Cream from the top layer that's formed once it cools down thoroughly.

* Step 3

Homemade thick and luscious Cream mixed with Honey tastes delicious. Enjoy! Yum! It can be relished on it's own or even with Bread and Chapatis for a yummy Breakfast.
