A simple yet flavourful Tea for the evening or Shaam Ki Chai. It's made with Jaggery or Gudd.
Instead of Sugar, Organic Jaggery powder is being used in it. Although chopped Jaggery can also be used but I have used it's powder here.
Not only is it healthy and delicious, it's absolutely amazing with it's taste and flavour.
Jaggery also known as Medicinal Sugar is absolutely healthy if taken in right proportions on a daily basis. It helps in digestion. Very rich in antioxidants. Keeps our body warm in Winters. Helps in weight loss and fights Anaemia. Not only these, it contains a number of Vitamins and Minerals like Potassium, Iron, Magnesium and Phosphorus.
A way lot healthier than Sugar, it's an excellent option for Teas and Desserts.
This Tea with Jaggery is an awesome flavourful and aromatic one. Creamy and luscious in every sip.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring both Milk and water to a rolling boil at first on high heat. As it starts boiling vigorously, lower the heat and add the rest of the ingredients.
* Step 2
Simmer until done for about 12 more minutes. Strain in cups and serve immediately.
* Step 3
Enjoy this simple and beautiful-looking Jaggery or Gudd Tea with Pakoras at Tea-time. Yum!
