* Step 1
Make slits all along the Whole Thighs. Add them to a bowl for marination. Also add in the rest of the ingredients listed above. Mix well and set aside for an hour. Don't forget to use the Curd. It can also be marinated overnight for best results.
* Step 2
Preheat oven on 220°and set the timer to a good 50 minutes. Place the well marinated Whole Thighs onto a butter paper lined baking tray. Bake until golden and crisp.
* Step 3
Serve it hot with Salad and Naans or any Bread of your choice. Enjoy! Yum!
