Whole Wheat Cinnamon Rolls

Just by looking at the different varieties of Cinnamon Rolls I have made by now, you can guess my love for them. Let's twist things up (like I always do) and add in Wheat flour for the Rolls and use honey as the glaze. How does it taste? Well all I will say is that you will never use All-purpose Flour or Maida again.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl, add in the whole wheat flour along with the oil and set aside.
* Step 2
Heat milk to lukewarm in a saucepan and add the yeast, stir briskly and set in a warm place. Once the yeast is bubbled up add it to the flour and knead into a soft dough.
* Step 3
Let this dough sit in a warm place to rise for an hour or till doubled up in size.
* Step 4
Mix the powdered sugar and cinnamon powder. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your dough to a rectangle of about half an inch thick.
* Step 5
Brush the melted butter all along the length of the rolled out dough, making sure to leave an inch from all sides. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture and tap it down into the dough.
* Step 6
Start rolling the dough from one end making sure to pinch it down gently as you move along. When done, cut it up into slices about an inch thick.
* Step 7
Place them on a well greased pan and set in a warm place again to rise for about 20 minutes. In the meanwhile, pre heat your oven to 180 degree C
* Step 8
Bake the rolls for about 25 minutes or till golden brown. As a twist, substitute glaze with honey. It goes really well. Enjoy!
