Dry Garlic Coconut Chutney (Vada Pav Chutney)

A lovely looking spicy Chutney that is commonly referred to as the Vada Pav Dry Chutney is one thing that every Indian knows. It is the most loved Chutney that goes extremely well with Vada or Bada Pav as well as the Pav Bhaji or even the Batata Vada.
That's not all. It can be enjoyed with any Fritters or Pakoras, Idli, Dosa etc.
It tastes awesome.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat Oil and saute everything one after another until all the moisture is absorbed on low heat.
* Step 2
Make sure not to burn the Garlic Cloves. Let it cool down completely. Grind into a coarse powder. Adjust salt according to taste. Store and enjoy as desired. Yum!
* Step 3
Enjoy just about anything and everything you like. It goes well with so many things. That's the beauty of this versatile Dry Chutney.
