Beef liver with grilled onions
I love this dish, is very nutritional, taste and is a traditional recipe from my country. I make rice and avocado the side for my plate but you can add any size that you like.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
In a pan in a medio heat add the oil, and when the oil is hot you add the garlic until garlic get little dark.
* Step 4
When garlic is getting dark and cooked you start adding the beef liver.
* Step 5
Let the meat cook about 3 minutes for both side until get dark.
* Step 6
When the liver is dark in both side then you take away from the pan and put the liver in a plate in the side.
* Step 7
In the same pan where the liver cooked you add the onion.
* Step 8
When the onion get clear and cooked you add back to the pan the liver in to the onion, mix well and let cook together in low heat for about 4 minuts.
* Step 9
Add the salt and black pepper to taste mix well and done.
