#cc2022 #week4 #cookpadindia Our family's favourite one's especially during Winters. Melt in mouth gorgeous looking fantabulous Laddus will liven up your day. The best part is that these can be stored and enjoyed over a long period of time. Urad Daal or Blackgram Lentils are known as Maash in Hyderabad. These lovely looking nutritious balls are made so very easily and quickly too. These are good for everyone including the pregnant women. These are also the best for the growing children. And especially good in Winters to keep us warm and energized. These are known as Sunnandallu in Andhra. Whatever be the name it is referred to as, it's still the same.

Ingredient

Food ration :

7-8 servings

Cooking time :

35 minutes
1/2 cup

Ghee

1/4 cup

Mixed Nuts

2-3 tbsp

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast the dal with a tbsp of ghee. It will take about 20 minutes on a low flame.

* Step 2

Do not hurry at all as this step determines the taste of your laddus. The dal should be roasted evenly and not burnt.

* Step 3

After roasting, dry grind it and keep it aside. Now mix it with sugar, nuts and cardamom powder. Add in the melted ghee and mix well. At this point add milk and start shaping into laddus.

* Step 4

Yummy, healthy and nutritious laddus are ready to be served. Store them in airtight containers in the refrigerator and relish for a month or more. Enjoy!
