A scintillating Pasta recipe from Italy which everyone knows and craves about. This version of Pepperoni is my take on this awesome one and trust me it tastes heavenly. It can be made pretty much quickly compared to the original one.
The best part is that it can be just as awesome as the original one.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil pasta, drain and keep aside.
* Step 2
In a pot, heat the olive oil and add and saute crushed garlic. Add onions and saute them too.
* Step 3
Pour in the tomato puree and the rest ingredients along with the pepperoni. Cover and simmer it on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.
* Step 4
Lastly, add the boiled pasta and the cheese. Garnish with some freshly chopped coriander or dry parsley. Serve hot topped with some more cheese and chilli flakes.
