Suji Dosa or Semolina Dosa is not made in the usual way as we do. Infact I have used Black Gram and fine variety Semolina in this batter.
You will definitely find a difference and is way lot more healthier as it takes only a little of Oil or Ghee.
Try this for your families and relish it's awesome flavour and texture on any given day.
A perfect Breakfast on any day. Especially for the weekends, it becomes a good option. And you can use any Chutney of your choice and some Aloo Masala too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all wash and rinse the Lentils thoroughly for about 4-5 times to get rid of all the dirt and the Pesticides. Now soak this Black Gram in enough drinking water for about 4-5 hours. Grind using as little water as possible. Use the same water in which it was soaked and use the remaining water in Curries or for kneading the dough. Don't discard it.
* Step 2
To this add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. It's all ready. You can use this straight away or can use it the next day too if remaining. Refrigerate it and use as desired.
* Step 3
Add a ladleful of the batter onto the hot tawa and make a concentric ring in a clockwise motion. Drizzle some Oil. Cook on a low heat. That's it.
* Step 4
Serve these yummy Dosas with Curry Leaves Powder or Podi just as I did or any Chutney of your choice. Enjoy!
